How do I reset the password for my email account?

Forgetting your password is frustrating thing. Rest easy our email system has a password recovery process.

1. Important: First of all you must set up your password recovery email. This is a third-party email that will receive the password reset message. See Password Recovery Email article.
2. Now that your password recovery email is set, try to login to webmail using an incorrect password.
3. Once the login fails a red notice appears stating that your login failed. You will also notice that below the "Login" button is a new "Reset your password" link. Click this link. Check your third-party email account for the password recovery message.

   

4. After you are logged into your webmail email account, navigate to Settings > Password.

    

5. Click "Change Password".

   

6. Enter your current password; new password and re-enter new password to verify.
7. Click Save. Your password is now updated.
